Bad posture can be the beginning of chronic neck, and low back, pain. Through strengthening the key core muscles we can improve our physical health and the way we look. Awareness of the spatial orientation of our extremities is an important element, so is being observed, evaluated and corrected by the trained eyes and hands of a health care practitioner.
Dr. Summer Shanfar D.C. is an experienced yoga instructor and anatomy teacher as well as a chiropractor. She has taught Anatomy to college students and students of various yoga teacher training programs, which she still continues to do.
